Field Engineer (installation and support)
You are in the clinic, putting Watson in and showing the owner how it runs. Travel allowance per installation.
About the role
A signed account is not a live one. You are the person who makes it live.
You go to the clinic, connect Watson to the business's phone number and WhatsApp, set up the terminal, put the front desk display in place, and walk the owner and the counter staff through it until they can run it without you. Then you stay reachable through their first week.
This is a hands on role with real hours. Eight to five, on the road, with a travel allowance for every installation you complete.
What you will do
- Install and set Watson up on site at clinics, dental practices, spas and wellness centres.
- Connect the business's phone number and WhatsApp, and check every channel answers before you leave.
- Pair the Watson terminal to the business and set up the front desk display screen.
- Train the owner and the front desk staff on the dashboard, the bookings and the daily routine.
- Support the account through its first week and answer what comes up.
- Report faults back to the engineering team with enough detail to act on.
What you need
- Basic IT knowledge. You are comfortable with phones, routers, browsers, QR pairing and a settings screen you have not seen before.
- Patience with people who are not technical. Half this job is explaining, not installing.
- Willing to travel to sites daily.
- Own transport is an advantage.
