BUILT AROUND THE CLINIC DAY

The details that keep a practice moving.

The everyday essentials, connected to the people who use them.

01

Front desk & queue

Appointments and walk-ins, check-in, doctor and room assignment, and a visible queue for the team.

02

Diagnosis & patient journey

Speak the diagnosis naturally. Review connected visits, prescriptions and tests, with a generated summary of how the patient has progressed.

03

Pharmacy & inventory

Start with 28,000+ NPRA registered products. Add medicines to inventory, set minimum stock levels and connect dispensing to the bill.

04

Billing, insurance & TPA

Bring services and medicines onto the bill. Capture insurance and TPA details, track outstanding panel bills and record payments received.

05

Appointments & reminders

Book against practitioner availability. Keep appointment changes and scheduled reminders together.

06

Patient communication

Handle calls and messages using clinic-approved information. Keep conversation context and staff handover in reach.

07

Patient follow-up

Support return-visit reminders and administrative follow-up, with your clinic's instructions and human oversight.

08

Clinic reporting

Review appointments, payments and operational records. Give the team visibility into the work it manages.

ONE CLINIC, OR A GROUP

More locations. A clear view of each.

Give your head office access to the locations it manages, while each clinic runs its own day. Keep team access tied to its responsibilities.

  • Location-level access and roles
  • Bookings, contacts and team records across permitted locations
  • Local schedules, services and day-to-day operations

ACCESS BY ROLE & LOCATION

Clinical record access remains permission-controlled. Group visibility does not mean an unrestricted shared patient chart.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

A clearer picture before your demo.

Is Watson a clinic management system?

Yes. Watson's clinic offering covers front desk and queue management, clinical records, prescriptions, pharmacy inventory, dispensing, billing and patient communication. The demo walks through the parts your clinic needs and the setup required.

Can it handle appointments and walk-in patients?

Yes. Scheduled bookings and walk-in visits can enter the clinic workflow, including check-in, queue placement, consultation records and dispensing.

Can we bring data from our current system?

We start by reviewing the exports your current system provides. Contact and medicine-stock import paths are available, but a complete historical clinical-record migration is not a blanket promise. Agree the data scope, validation and access to old records before switching.

How does Watson handle insurance and TPA billing?

Capture insurer or panel, TPA and member details, the insurance card and a claim reference. Keep the insurance bill outstanding until your team confirms payment has arrived. Provider-portal claim submission remains a separate step; entering a TPA does not create a live connection to that provider.

Who controls clinical decisions and patient access?

Your clinicians make clinical decisions. Watson's automated patient communication is administrative and hands questions needing staff attention to your team. Staff roles and permissions control access to records. Review our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for the data-handling terms.

Can Watson support a clinic group?

Yes. A group can give authorised users visibility into permitted locations and their operational records. Location roles and clinical permissions still apply; this is not a promise of unrestricted access to every patient's chart across the group.
