MULTI-BRANCH CLINIC MANAGEMENT · MALAYSIA

One clinic group. A clear view of each location.

Give each branch the workflow it needs for its clinic day, with an HQ view for authorised oversight. Watson connects locations through a group structure while keeping the branch, record and staff permissions clear.

Branches and authorised oversightWORKFLOW ILLUSTRATION

Keep the branch at the centre of its work.

Each location maintains its own operating details and clinic activity. Staff work in the location they are assigned to, with the relevant schedule, patient visits and operational records.

A GROUP STRUCTURE THAT RESPECTS THE BRANCH

Standardise the way the team works.

The group can establish a common operating process while each location keeps the details that make its own clinic day work.

01

Daily work in the right location

Reception, clinicians and pharmacy staff use their assigned branch context. Its hours, practitioners, visits and stock records remain identifiable as part of that location.

  • Location name and operating details
  • The branch's booking and queue workflow
  • Location inventory and clinical permissions
02

Operational oversight from HQ

Search supported record summaries across the locations you are allowed to access. Filter by branch and open that location when a record needs attention or a change.

  • Booking, contact and catalogue summaries
  • Team, inbox and scheduling views

PEOPLE, CHANNELS AND SCOPE

Make the boundaries part of the setup.

A clear group rollout defines who works where, which information they need and how patients reach the right clinic.

Roles and permitted actions

Configure staff roles and location assignments, then check viewing and management access for each area. Reading clinical records and editing their sections require the relevant permissions.

Shared channels with a branch choice

Where a supported connected account is shared between locations, the patient can be asked which branch they want. The chosen location guides the subsequent conversation and booking context. Review each channel connection during setup.

Oversight without assuming unrestricted sharing

The HQ record view presents selected operational information. It does not itself become a shared clinical chart, pooled medicine stock or consolidated accounting system. Review those requirements explicitly for your group.

BEFORE YOUR DEMO

Your questions, answered.

Can Watson support a group of private GP clinics?

Yes. Watson has a group and location structure with assigned access and an HQ operational view. The rollout should map your branches, staff roles, schedules, channels and required workflows before setup.

What can an authorised HQ user review?

The current HQ records view supports selected summaries for bookings, contacts, catalogue, team, inbox and scheduling. It supports search and location filtering, then opening a branch to work on the relevant details. Access is limited to the locations and areas assigned to the user.

Can one WhatsApp connection serve more than one branch?

Supported connected accounts can be shared across configured locations. The branch-choice workflow can ask which location the patient wants and retain that choice. The demo should test your intended number, locations and routing scenario.

Does joining a group automatically share every patient chart?

No. HQ operational summaries are separate from clinical record access. Clinical records remain subject to the assigned business or location and the user's permissions. A requirement for shared patient history across branches needs to be assessed explicitly.

Is medicine stock pooled across every clinic?

The inventory workflow records medicines and batches at the location. A shared medicine repository is a catalogue source, not a pooled physical stock balance. Inter-branch stock transfer requirements need a separate review.

Does the group offering include Business Advisor?

No. Business Advisor is not included in this clinic offering. The group page covers location structure, permitted operational views, channel setup and staff access.
