CLINIC REPORTING & OPERATIONAL ANALYTICS

Know how your clinic day adds up.

See the work recorded across reception, appointments, payments and pharmacy. Watson's operational views help your team review activity, spot items that need attention and follow the records behind the numbers.

Views across the clinicWORKFLOW ILLUSTRATION

Review the flow through the clinic.

Front desk analytics shows patients served, the walk-in and booking mix, average wait and service time, no-shows and patients who left the queue. These measures follow the recorded queue events.

START WITH THE QUESTION

Different views for different clinic decisions.

Use the view that measures the work you want to review. A booked appointment, a served patient and a collected payment describe different events.

01

How did reception run?

Review served patients, walk-in mix, waiting and service times in Front desk analytics. Use the historical trend to discuss staffing and queue process with the team.

  • Patients served and arrival mix
  • Average recorded waiting and service times
  • No-shows and patients who left the queue
02

What was collected?

Inspect payments by date, status, kind and method. Open a payment record to see the patient, visit reference and itemised document. Review delivered-service revenue separately when looking at the work performed.

  • Collected payments and outstanding records
  • Payment methods and refund records
  • Delivered revenue broken down by service

KEEP THE SCOPE VISIBLE

A useful number comes with context.

Read the period, location and definition alongside a total. The team can then compare like with like and investigate the right records.

Choose the relevant reporting period

General analytics supports 7, 30 and 90-day views. The Front desk section has its own reporting window, shown with the data. Check that period before comparing queue measures with other totals.

Follow communication activity

Use call and conversation activity, captured enquiries, bookings made and busy-hour views to understand the administrative demand reaching the clinic. Message and follow-up delivery outcomes remain in their respective records.

Review pharmacy at the item and batch level

Filter the location's inventory by stock condition, then inspect the medicine's batches and movement history. A low-stock view is based on the item's configured minimum, while expiry views use the recorded batch dates.

BEFORE YOUR DEMO

Your questions, answered.

Does clinic reporting include Business Advisor?

No. Business Advisor is not part of this clinic offering. This page describes the operational analytics, payment records, queue statistics and inventory views available to authorised clinic staff.

Why can collected payments and revenue by service differ?

Collected payments follow recorded cash collection and payment timing. Revenue by service follows delivered work. A deposit, an unpaid visit or work delivered in a different period can make the figures differ, so the views should be read using their own definitions.

Can we review clinic wait times?

Front desk analytics includes average recorded waiting and service times alongside patient flow measures. Their quality depends on the team recording the queue lifecycle accurately. Historical averages are not a live prediction for an individual patient.

Do bookings made and patients served count the same thing?

No. Bookings made measures appointment creation. Patients served follows the queue and service workflow. They can refer to different dates and populations, including walk-ins who did not book in advance.

Can a clinic group see every branch's records automatically?

Access follows the configured group, location and user permissions. Group operational oversight is scoped to the views and locations granted to that person; it does not automatically expose every clinical record.

Can we request a specific report or export?

Bring the fields, reporting period and example format to the demo. We will check the current view and export support against the requirement before including it in your setup.
