MEDICAL DICTATION & CLINIC EMR · MALAYSIA

Care for your patient. Speak the notes.

Speak the diagnosis in the language you use. Watson transcribes it and brings the complete patient journey into view: visits, diagnoses, prescriptions, tests and a summary explaining how their condition has changed.

The Doctor terminal: today’s consultation, dictation, prescriptions and patient history. Explore with example data.

ONE CONSULTATION. TWO JOBS.

Your attention belongs
with your patient.

Listening, examining and explaining care take concentration. Writing the consultation at the same time divides it. Watson lets you speak the diagnosis naturally and turns it into a record you can review.

DIAGNOSIS DICTATIONSPEAK NATURALLY
“The patient is here for a review. Symptoms have improved since the last visit…”
An illustrative spoken note. Your words become editable text, ready for your review.
  1. Speak in the language you use.

Dictate the diagnosis and consultation naturally, in your own words. Watson transcribes what you say.

  2. Review the transcription.

Read, refine and add any detail before saving. The final clinical record stays in your hands.

  3. Keep it with the visit.

Connect the diagnosis to prescriptions and tests, ready for the pharmacy handover and the patient’s next consultation.

THE COMPLETE PATIENT JOURNEY

Every visit adds context.
Watson explains what changed.

See diagnoses, prescriptions and tests across the patient’s visits. Watson also generates a summary of how their condition has changed, so the next consultation starts with their progress in view.

FROM CONSULTATION TO THE NEXT STEP

The record carries the care forward.

Today’s consultation belongs to a continuing patient story. Keep the details connected as the visit moves from the doctor to the pharmacy and back again at the next review.

01

Prescriptions that reach the pharmacy

Choose medicines and record quantity, frequency and duration. The pharmacy team sees the prescription and confirms what was supplied, connecting the handover to stock and billing.

02

Tests in the context of the visit

Keep tests and lab notes with the consultation they belong to. Review those entries alongside the diagnosis, prescription and earlier visits.

03

The right access for each team member

Reading records and editing diagnosis, prescription and lab sections follow assigned permissions. Clinicians review the documentation and retain control of the final record.

BEFORE YOUR DEMO

Your questions, answered.

Can doctors dictate the diagnosis in their own language?

Yes. Doctors can speak the diagnosis and consultation naturally in the language they use. Watson transcribes the speech into editable text for the doctor to review and save with the visit.

Does Watson summarise how the patient's condition has changed?

Yes. Watson generates a progress summary explaining how the patient's condition has changed across their recorded visits. Doctors can review the summary alongside the underlying diagnoses, prescriptions, tests and consultation notes.

What does the patient timeline include?

The patient journey connects earlier visits, diagnoses, consultation notes, prescriptions and tests recorded for that patient. Both booked appointments and walk-in visits can form part of this history.

Is this an electronic medical record for GP clinics?

Yes. Watson provides clinic EMR covering visit-linked clinical records, diagnosis dictation, prescriptions, lab entries and patient history. The Doctor terminal brings these into the clinician's consultation workflow.

Does saving a prescription deduct medicine stock?

Saving the prescription prepares the items for dispensing. The pharmacy team confirms what was actually supplied; that confirmation updates stock and the corresponding billable items.

Does the lab section connect to every laboratory?

The clinical record supports the clinic's configured lab catalogue and notes. Specific laboratory connections and automatic result imports are reviewed during setup.
