Never. Each person is set up with the treatments they actually perform, so Watson only ever offers someone for their own services. Ask whether Alia does sports rehab and you get a real answer, only for what Alia actually does.

Flip their 'Watson books them' toggle off and Watson stops offering that person, without deleting their profile. Flip it back on when they return and they are bookable again, history intact.
