When does Watson ask for a review?

Right after the appointment, at the moment the customer is happiest, so the ask lands when they are most likely to say yes. Move it if your work takes longer to show: a day later, a week later, whenever suits. Set it once and Watson keeps to it.

Can I change how the ask sounds?

Yes. Warm, professional, friendly, or concise, so a spa does not sound like a hospital. Watson shows you the real message, and where it will land, before you switch it on.

Does Watson reply to reviews?

Yes, to every one. Watson writes the reply in the reviewer's own language, signed with your business name and referencing what they actually said, so it reads like a person and not a canned line. You approve it and Watson posts it to Google. A review is public and permanent, so nothing goes out in your name that you have not read.

What about a bad review?

That is where approving matters most. Watson writes the apology and the offer to make it right, and flags it so you see it while it still matters. Approve and post it as is, or edit it first. The one review that could cost you the next customer is never handled without you.
